My sister booked a sightseeing trip with Trail Ridge Air for six of us. Before we even arrived, she told us about the down-to-earth, professional, and friendly staff. My dad is 91 years old and fairly able, but needed a bit if extra time/attention. The staff/pilots were amazing with him (and all of us). My family and I booked a 1-hour flight seeing tour as a final excursion on our Alaskan vacation. Our pilot Jared was a pleasure to fly with, and succeeded in finding the moose my kids had anxiously requested. The flight was as smooth as it could possibly be, and was an amazing experience. Our family of four booked a flight with Trail Ridge Air for a day trip to Alexander Lake. The entire staff was welcoming, professional and kind from the moment we arrived at the hanger. Our pilot, Jared was excellent and our flights to and from the lake were amazing! Our 14 and 10 year old had a blast on their first float plane ride.
