This is a great company. I've only sampled their stuff through a friend and now have placed a subscription order. They shipped it out very quickly with tracking info. I checked the order to be sure it was our for delivery, as the logistics company had promised, to find it was damaged and discarded. I reached out to Trail Magic via email and they promptly responded with the solution and had a new order on its way that same day. What a great company to do business with.
I've been buying trail magic for years,and I've never had an issue with them. I buy in bulk for a few months and open the boxes as I go. Earlier this week I had a slight hiccup,they'd sent me the wrong flavor in my order a few months ago,which wouldn't be a problem,all their flavors are delicious. But I have an autoimmune disease and I couldn't have the product they shipped me.
