Engineering is fantastic. I’m looking forward to the Blue Dog rebrand and hope for an even smoother experience. I went in for a project on my Wrangler JK. The first day went great, and I had high expectations after working with the sales manager. Later, the shop called me about a snafu with the project. Met with Pete and team to discuss breathing new life into my 01 Ram 4x4. The guys are quite knowledgeable and seem wonderfully customer-focused. The showed me around the shop, work they are doing and were thoughtful in asking me very good questions about my desired outcomes and use cases for my rig. I left feeling confident about taking the next step. I'll update this review down the road.
Super nice people but got $10k worth of work done and less than 2 weeks later my control arm was dragging because a bolt just came right out. Then a few months later spent $15k for a new suspension system and they installed sway bar links for the wrong model that bent the brackets and the drag link bearings went out in less than a month. Great people but just seems like their quality of work isn’t worth the extra cost
