I have a premium subscription with them and have never had problems until today. Usually when the female manger is working everything is running properly and if I have a request she takes care of it. Well today she wasn’t there and it was like walking into a mad house. The guy managing seemed to know what was going on until my truck was ready. I have been patronizing this location for years and the customer service is always top tier. Work is always excellent. Cost slightly above average but well worth every penny
The customer service was friendly, but the exterior wash was terrible. So many missed spots and they didn’t get the dirt in the crevices. The front window still had grime on it. Not going back to this location.
Love this car wash! They do a fabulous job time after time. Very thorough and so nice.
