trail creek property management is horrible. They use every loop hole they can find as an excuse to not maintain and repair issues. We rented from them for six months and issues that they were told about before move in are still not fixed. Covers on heaters, electrical outlets shorting out, water leaking from the roof, all ignored until we gave them a notice we were leaving. Still only tried to fix a few things. Renting from Trail Creek is the best possible way to screw yourself over in every aspect of renting. We lived in one of their apartments for almost 2 years, rent was never late, we always made sure to smoke outside, and kept the place clean and damage free. We shampooed the carpets once a month, but because they were cheap, they stained and so they took 200 dollars off our deposit refund, on top of the 100 they already kept for carpet cleaning.
