My mother had been a resident at Trail Creek Place for the past 5 years. I can’t say enough about the outstanding quality of care that she received while she resides there. From the nurses, caregivers, activity directors, food services, administration and all the employees that help make the running of the facility run smoothly. Trail Creek Place feels like a home away from home.
My Mother was here for about 18 months and thoroughly enjoyed the people. I appreciated the staff and nursing professionals that called me whenever there was something for me to know about. Suzanne the Exec Director would personally call me with ideas to help my Mom stay longer as this is a Private Pay facility. If you are in the market for private pay facility go see the staff. Thank you for taking great care of Mom!
