Great steaks
Trail Boss Steakhouse is pretty much the same type of restaurant as an old Bonanza or Sirloin Stockade. Nothing about the food really stands out as great or exceptional—it is simply an average, old-school steakhouse. The menu advertises “homemade fries,” although I suppose frozen fries delivered on the Sysco truck can be called homemade once they are dropped into the restaurant’s fryer.
My wife and I enjoyed Trail Boss Steakhouse way more than we could have imagined. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Even though the place was packed the service never slowed or got caught up. This place is one we will visit again.
