Met with Mr Trahey who I was actually referred to. He treated me condescendingly and there was zero communication unless I pressed for it. Staff was cold and impersonal. Timing delays caused extra paperwork and time on both sides. Mr. Trahey didn't even respond to the initial case so I was fighting a pending default judgement. I agreed to the fee then heard nothing.
