I rented both a short term and long term efficiency and apartment from this company and Trahan apartments (affiliates). When I moved into the apartment it took me 2 months to get the stench of urine out of the carpet. I've had my property stolen by management who lived in my building. And, upon my departure they kept my entire deposit for nail holes and carpet cleaning and had the audacity to ask for more. These people are unprofessional, liars, thieves, and slumlords.
