I needed some help finalizing the set up of a new Win 11 computer. I had some glitches and questions as I didn’t want to go down a wrong path. Rick was accommodating and patient. We spent over 2 hours on a remote session and got everything working correctly. Rick’s fee was reasonable and fair. I am much appreciative.
