I called Rick Trager when my computer stopped booting, never getting past the Blue Screen Of Death. Dropped it off that day (a Saturday). He updated me on Sunday and I dropped off a thumb drive so he could back up all the files that he salvaged and then re-install the operating system. He had it ready to pick up Monday. Extremely knowledgeable, fast, efficient and very reasonable. Highly recommended! Thanks Rick!
I had my laptop screen, a HP Spectra x360 break. My wife looking to help, found Trager Media and was local, so I sent an email and to my surprise, a respoonse, on a Sunday nite!!!. Communication was fantastic and the price very fair. I could have easly spent 3 times on a new laptop and got in return incredible customer service, a very accomdating schedule, and my trusted laptop as goiod as new. You need hardware or software help, look Trager Media up. Will use again.
Rick of TragerMedia did a great job repairing the cracked screen on my HP laptop last week. The price was exactly what he said it would be, and he had it done in only a couple of days! The touch screen works perfectly. I will definitely utilize him whenever I need computer repairs.
