I had a very positive experience with Odne B. He came right over as I had billowing smoke coming out of my boiler chimney with no heat, he was the best technician for my oil burner, he was knowledgeable and professional, very nice. He was able to see why I had no heat and how my chimney was desperate for a cleaning. He called the company that Tragar works with and they came and replaced the lining.
