We were happy to have Technician John Rudy came to our home to review some things with our burner that had been suggested. After his inspection of the unit and thorough discussion, we made plans to follow through with the plan. With his years of experience, John is a seasoned trouble shooter and we had our burner serviced and the issue addressed today. He was professional, informative and my husband and I are appreciative for his great service!
