Terrible customer service I kept having to reach out to firm via text message because my lawyer Alicia wasn't giving me updates regarding my case. I was sent over paperwork stating I owed an amount to court for a ticket or there may be a warrant out for me; just for me to take off work and go to courthouse to pay fine and find out the case was actually dismissed in court. These guys did a great job for me. I expected to pay a lot more than I did. Didn't have to show up for court and got my paper work quickly and paid court fees online.
Kelly is very unprofessional she doesn’t let you speak and she just tries to get you off the phone
