I called them to ask some info regarding a transportation service. And the lady picked up my call was really rude. Never going to call them either work with this company. Worst experience ever. This is my first time to leave a review in my life. Terrible!

Very bad experience hauling for them, rates are awful. 1) we agreed on a price for a round trip load but for some reason they canceled the return load and deducted me $300 even when I had nothing to do with that cancellation. 2) another round trip it was a Friday night load to deliver Saturday product was not ready on time to make it to deliver Saturday so it has to deliver Monday for that I had a load booked to pick up Monday morning, I tried to negotiate with Emily to pay me a little more because I will lose my Monday load... read more

Completed load for Traffic Freight, had to wait for just over two months for Eric to send us an updated rate confirmation. Submitted invoice with Net 7 Terms, since they took so long to provide the updated rate confirmation. Paid at day 42 from invoice date. In all we accepted the load January 21, 2020, completed the load January 25, 2020 and did not get paid until May 20, 2020. Almost 4 full months. I would not recommend anyone haul their loads.
