Run away McKinley terminated my lease without much warning because the property flooded! They did not give me much notice, and did not clean up the water damage, they only offered that I move to another one of their properties, this was very upsetting as I did not have time to try and relocate, and they did not offer to clean up the water damage, I did not want to have to move, but they essentially forced me to do this.
Don't waste your time! I would not recommend a McKinley property, they are definitely not a tenant oriented management company, they would not address issues, they let certain parts of my apartment community fall into dilapidation, and did not address security concerns at the property. I had my car broken into and they did nothing about it.
