I have been interested in the properties in Hamilton Texas. I’ve submitted interest through several leasing websites. I’ve also called the office and spoke to someone. They promised to send me over information ,photos and an application. I have not received anything. I’ve checked both junk mail and regular mail. I also showed up to the office today. This was the said she was going to be in her office. It was vacant. Communication is horrible.

I have been a resident at The Summit for only three days, and unfortunately my experience so far has been extremely disappointing due to poor management and lack of professionalism. I leased the apartment through Becca, who is no longer with the company, and I was not informed of this change prior to move-in. Terrible landlord - lacks communication - covers up issues. Will take every bit of the 30 days after move out to send an itemized receipt. Steals full deposit and inflates any normal wear and tear on the move out statement. No ability to contact owner above the bad management to assist with issues. Disregards Texas property codes.
