Terrible landlord - lacks communication - covers up issues. Will take every bit of the 30 days after move out to send an itemized receipt. Steals full deposit and inflates any normal wear and tear on the move out statement. No ability to contact owner above the bad management to assist with issues. Disregards Texas property codes.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my rental house from Trafalger. The whole time we have lived here when we sent in a maintenance request we have had to do it twice, we have had some request not answered, and they do not communicate well AT ALL. We were going to renew our lease for one more year as they sent us multiple renewal emails, calls to remind us to renew, etc. but all of the sudden when we call to confirm they had SOLD our house (and all of their other houses). Make sure to check the dates on all agreements! They told us when we renewed our lease that the only options were month to month for $100 more a month or a 6 month lease for $50 more a month. When we told them we were graduating in May, they offered a 6 month lease. When I called to see when my lease ended they said June and that we would be responsible for paying that month even though we weren’t there. Horrible. Make sure that you check dates on the agreement. Ripped my son out of a month's rent. Have been told they don't return deposits; waiting on this. Shower was broken for 2 months...cheating poor college kids!
