I love IKEA's kitchen cabinets, and have self-installed a couple of kitchens before. I used Traemond this time around, and absolutely regret it. The installer no-showed 2 of the 3 days scheduled for the job. In addition to taking time off of work for those three days, I had to take more time off for the installer to eventually finish the job. Honestly I can’t even understand how they charge what they do for IKEA Kitchen Installation. It looks like what I would have expected if I did the work. I guess I should have checked out their 2.5 star Yelp rating.

I haven't even called these ppl yet but the fact that your "1 star" ratings are almost as high as your "5 star" ratings is mind blowing 🤯 smdh.. all these ppl can't possibly be lying.. also, if you were a straight forward company, you wouldn't just answer back the comments that give you 4 & 5 stars but you'd also try to fix any problems that the 1 star ppl leave.. the reviews said that you guys don't answer emails, texts, or phone calls and you guys just proved them right!!! The installers did a terrible job!! I had to call them back five times to repair their bad work. They damaged the cabinets with their sloppy installation. They promised to replace them and nothing to this day, seven months later. IKEA kitchens are great, but the installation service is incredibly frustrating.

The installer they hire in Pittsburgh area were extremely impatient and difficult to communicate. We would rather find local handyman than using them, which forfeited the purpose of being convenient in the first place.
