This was one of the most unorganized jobs I’ve ever worked at. As a manager, I never felt trusted to make the right decision. There are a bunch of people in leadership that don’t have experience in what they’re doing. On this job, I was constantly bullied via email for deadlines and worked under two job descriptions!
