A great real estate company – I have rented my home though Traditions Realty for the last 4 years. I never have to wait for repairs to be done as they usually have someone out the next day. Franklin and Beth treat me like an old friend when I come into the office. If you are looking for a rental, call these people first.

Great company – I bought a house with these guys last year. Beth, Sacha and Frank have been managing it and I couldn't be happier. They found a qualified tenant who hasn't missed a payment. I am very satisfied with their service.
Oh boy, have we heard about this one! – The review of the property at 3221 Park St. was written by someone who has never rented or done business with Traditions Realty. Somehow, we have been tied to the problems between the previous property managers and the former tenant. I can only say that the house is sound, all systems are in good working order, and it is considered one of Avondale's show houses. We will be happy to show it to anyone interested and think they will agree.
