Amazing neighborhood to be apart of, but If you are looking to buy in here absolutely do not go through Northside commons builders. They are the most half ass builders I've ever seen. I’ve been in my house for only 3 1/2 years and every time I turn around there are issues, every single thing that has involved plumbing has leaked and jacked my water bill really high.
