Beth in the Cannonsburgh Sales office lied to us for 7 months about a lot that we wanted. She told us we would have first choice on it once released. They dont allow you to put money doen. THEN once ithe lot we wanted was released she changed her story completely. She wanted her friend then to have that lot and she did not give us first choice.We had all of the documents and recordings... but once we realized how Shady and Dishonest she was we decide not to fight them and go elsewhere. Expensive houses slapped together as quickly as possible. HOA covers snow removal unless it actually snows. Just have your snow shovel ready because they won't do it for you.
House prices very high for the for the value. Lots are very crowded. Oil fracking possible near west side of community.
