Grateful for management at Traditions for being courteous and swift with maintenance requests. From answering the phone, to fulfilling the job, it was a delight. The work was done professionally with explanation the same day of the request. Larry the maintenance supervisor was helpful and thoughtful. I truly appreciate the quick response to concerns. Thanks for all you guys do to create a pleasant community.
Terrible place to live, I have had move in my house and requested over more than 3 times for them to come and exterminate them and no one comes. I don’t know if they feel they don’t have to because of rent or near the end of lease but, this a terrible place to live, the maintenance men come in your apartment when you’re not home and go through your things.
