Our family was lucky enough to stay at The Tradition for a number of years and the staff/management ensured all of our needs and expectations were met. If there was a maintenance issue it was immediately tended to (I think we may have had 2-3 over a 4-5 yr period). If there was a safety concern or loud noise complaint (not often), management or office staff investigated promptly. Having an indoor basketball court was a plus for kids. The community is safe and friendly, a great community for children. The office staff is pleasant and helpful. The pool is also very nice. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 is because the whole place needs to be updated and the manager doesn't seem to want to do anything about that.
Absolutely appalled at how a tenant was spoken to while trying to turn in a key. My husband and i came in to look at apartments and witnessed a man named Michael (atkins? possibly) treat the man handing in his keys horribly. His verbiage and tone made it clear to us that this complex does not care about its tenants or customer satisfaction. If this is how people are treated for turning in keys i cant imagine how they treat you when there is an issue with the property. My son lived there for two years. The people in the leasing office were nice at move in but totally rude and disrespectful at move out! The property manager wasn’t nice either. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Rent at your own risk.
