Absolutely appalled at how a tenant was spoken to while trying to turn in a key. My husband and i came in to look at apartments and witnessed a man named Michael (atkins? possibly) treat the man handing in his keys horribly. His verbiage and tone made it clear to us that this complex does not care about its tenants or customer satisfaction. If this is how people are treated for turning in keys i cant imagine how they treat you when there is an issue with the property. My son lived there for two years. The people in the leasing office were nice at move in but totally rude and disrespectful at move out! The property manager wasn’t nice either. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Rent at your own risk.
I acquired about the one bedroom and tour of the apartment was HORRIBLE!!!!!! 1 minutes flat! She rushed the whole tour!
Despite written assurance of a full refund from their property manager after a unit was miscommunicated, I was denied a full refund even after canceling promptly without signing a lease.
Nice apartment community with plenty of greenery, swimming pool, gym, club house, BBQ spots and a small children’s park. There’s even a convenient car wash on-site. The staff have been friendly and helpful—quite the opposite of some of the older reviews—and the maintenance team is responsive and efficient.
