The management and staff on site deserve the five stars. They are on top of work orders. From changing air filters to replacing appliances the jobs get done either by schedules or as needed. They are also like family. Higher levels of management off site, fosters this type of interaction between the employees and the renters. To sum up, my wife and I have lived here over 17 months, and have heard very few complaints. Especially for a 55+(+) complex is rare.
We have been residents for 9 months. We have enjoyed our time here. Most residents are considerable, the maintenance staff and office staff are responsiva, and the facilites are well maintained.
Traditions at Fort Mill is a wonderful 55+ apartment complex in our area. Lia and Valerie are so patient and helpful! They helped my client choose an apartment and get through the details of that process with patience and confidence. I was able to focus on getting her home sold, while they worked hard to get her ready for her next chapter at Traditions. Thank you so much; I look forward to working with you all again in the future.
We moved from one apartment to a larger one and Vicki and Lea couldn’t have been more helpful they made our move easy they make living at Traditions a great place to live!!!
Traditions is a beautiful, classy and convenient place to live! The neighbors are great and the office staff is very accommodating!
