Well to be honest it just seems like management does really care about what goes on in this building. People can park wherever they feel like even in handicap parking and there's no consequences for it. The cement that was laid at the start wasn't poured evenly so there's about a 1/2 inch lip that people can trip on. I myself tripped on it and bruised my shoulder and scraped my knee because of it. Even when you call to complain about things it seems like it falls on deaf ears.
Honestly this place seems great at first but once you look closer it’s terrible. Moving in was chaos you get 2 hours to use the elevator there’s tons of other people moving in at the same time. This place is great if you love listening to the fire alarm every week. Let’s start with the ridiculously small parking lot. You’re lucky if you figure out there’s an undisclosed wait list to get a second stall. $25 a stall and you have to put up a tag or your car could be towed? Weird. We just moved into traditions in warman. A nice facility but there are some flaws. When you walk up to the main door there is a bit of a lip and I tripped on it today and ran my shoulder into the door jam and almost busted my knee on the cement. Also with the size of the building there should be more than one elevator. With people trying to move in there should be better spacing on people wanting to use the elevator.
They do not list their utilities pricing on their website, so I went to their application page to see if there was any information on it BUT DID NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION, and afterwards they proceeded to email me and call me EVERY DAY for 4 days straight asking if I still wanted to continue the booking and if I was still interested. My partner did the exact same thing I did, VIEWED THE APPLICATION FORM BUT DID NOT SUBMIT, and they have been calling her and emailing non stop until we have to respond and tell them to stop cal... read more
