Our cleaning staff are wonderful and so helpful I am happy with everything
Great place to rent! 3 bedroom apartments are over 1000 sq. ft, very spacious and bright! Building is always clean and quiet. Has a nice gym with a large lounge and even has a pet wash. The staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. Lovely community and great location for families!
Alot of issues with apartments and no visitor parking full of snow lol
Im not sure where to start, since we have moved in there have been on-going problems. From AC not working in the middle of summer, to a shower that was leaking in the wall, dishwasher breaking, pump going on our washing machine (that is still not fixed and has been nearly 2 weeks now), the second bathroom vent remote being inoperative again, none of the finishing nail holes being filled in the baseboards, a uncovered screw in the wall next to the main bathroom mirror that is just sort of a hole in the wall, the kitchen sink ... read more
Very disappointed. Parking stalls are stupidly small and very limited which sucks with the winters we have and most families have 2 vehicles. Our units A/C unit was broken and our unit was 90° in the peak of summer. It took 2 1/2 weeks for them to actually fix it and we were stuck with the window a/c units. The ensuit in our units fan is broken. I have reached out twice about getting this fixed. The first time I was told only the one bathroom is “automatic” and the second time the light flashes on for a few seconds then turn... read more
