WE have found the staff at traditions to be excellent. They are always friendly and helpful. Any complaints about them are rediculous. We have heard about some poor reviews and to a large extent it seems that the negative complaints are coming from only a small number of resident. Yes some people feel that the rent is high but when we looked at Broadstreet properties in Saskatoon we found that the rents there were higher by about $400 dollars so in relation these are better and that is why we are here. We've had to deal with some crappy situations since moving in May of last year (I won't list them all because nobody has time for that) but I've gotta give kudos to Brittany and Jim. I'm sure our names are the last ones they want to see when a service request comes in just because of the sheer amount of problems we've dealt with, but they're always great to deal with and do their best to get us back up and running as fast as they can to the best of their abilities (even when some repairs take months to complete which is out ... read more

Our cleaning staff are wonderful and so helpful I am happy with everything
Great place to rent! 3 bedroom apartments are over 1000 sq. ft, very spacious and bright! Building is always clean and quiet. Has a nice gym with a large lounge and even has a pet wash. The staff are amazing, very friendly and supportive. Lovely community and great location for families!
