I would like to change my view on my first review. The management company for this property has been having a problem hiring good maintenance personnel. Not because of the company, because of the people out there applying, so due to that reason is why some things have fallen to the way side but they have sinced taken care of the majority of issues and are working hard towards the others. My apologies to the people for mot doi g my research and my whole family lives there so it's a good place to live and willget better.
I am updating my review as of January 2025. I no longer recommend this place to at all. It is supposed to be a bit cheaper and they get government help for doing that.. A year ago a new manager took over and at the same time we lost our maintenance person and didn’t have one for close to a year There were overflowing dumpsters for months and trash all over the place.. Mold issues, no maintenance man, mgr issues..previous mold left illegally untreated, don't live here!!! Cheap, untruthful, never uphold rules & regulations! Dogs loose, off leash, dog poop & trash everywhere..think again!!
