This was an okay place to live until we experienced a fire in our unit. When asked what they were going to do for us they said they had no other available units for us to stay in & for us to contact our rental insurance or the local red cross. Not very helpful at all. We told them we didn t wish to come back, that we would break our lease & what did we owe further. We paid what they asked & then two weeks later they started calling us saying we still owed them more money. I never paid them another cent, I never will & have b... read more

poor management practices, rules change with the wind, no recreation for older kids, only care about the money no family values at this property.
I have lived here for 2 years and except for an occassional neighbor that is irresponsible with children, we have not had any problems. We love the staff and enjoy the family friendly events each year.
