Shady unfriendly neighbors, borderline mediocre apartment lay out, super rule enforcing, no personality having, extremely pricy & worst of all it’s literal inches from a busy & very noisy highway (have fun sleeping ). Visited a friend as of late & was trying to see how the complex was as a potential customer, but I’d suggest taking your money else where I know I did
I have been here for years, and met the personal and many changes. Have always had a good relationship with all of them. Personal feelings, they need someone at the front desk at all times, so the other girls can carry on their jobs, with full courtesy. Showing apartments too. You need a full time landscape personal, its a big place and appearance is everything.
Not worth the rent. Loud noise from the highway. You won’t be able to sleep. The office does not answer their phones. Appliances are old.
