We just got our carpet installed by them and they are so fantastic! The owners are really great to deal with and the installers got there within four days and were out of there in three hours. They didn’t leave a mess behind or anything. Decided to give a smaller business a chance instead of the bigger box stores and we’re so glad we did! The price was better and the service was definitely better. Highly recommend.
We just got our LVT installed and the whole experience was great! Douglas was great to work with and he helped us pick the best floor for what we wanted within our budget. The install was seamless and the finished result is beautiful.
I had flooring and tiling done last winter and initially thought it was a great job until the step trim immediately came off. I had difficulty getting them back to fix our problem. But they have since done the repairs. I am happy that they were able to restore our trust in their reliability and quality service.
I bought floors. Everything went smoothly until installation. We paid for the old carpet and laminate to be removed. The carpet and only part of the laminate was removed. Then the kitchen has "air gaps" that make noise and feel squishy when you walk over it. The floor is raised in various parts of the house because rather than remove the lamane it was just had LVP put over it. The installer didn't order enough to cover the floor so we had to wait for more material which arrived quickly but we found out we was out on the back... read more
