Upset – Office was okay... Alot of mistakes, termite repairs were not included at end of escrow fees, had to come up with an additional $1700, to pay off and being new homeowners was not easy at all, had to borrow $$$ An incomplete form was sent back to us via mail, apparently we signed the form, however, the forged signature was horrible and looked nothing like ours. The deed was signed by someone from escrow office, with our name. Called to confirm with county assessor. Horrible experiences.....
