So extremely disappointed!!! Shame on you and your absolute shoddy work!! Continuous problems since I bought my house in 2017 (it was 4 years old). First had mice in my garage because the garage wall was not built flush to the floor. My AC and heat are AWFUL upstairs!! I sweat in the Summer and freeze in the Winter!!!! My hot water heater is leaking; my washing machine has a leak somewhere that is causing my basement to leak and now my furnace is leaking!! You shouldn't even be in business!!

Contracted to Build in Ballston Lake, They took deposit, delay delay delay, never broke ground. Said we asked to many question canceled contract and tried to keep over 20K of our 60K deposit. Had to get a lawyer to get half back. Still lost 14K as it was to costly to litigate. I repeat they never put a shovel in the ground. Never work with these people or their Real-estate person Cindy Quade.
Unfortunately these homes are still around. If you find a home built by Traditional Builders RUN. I have had my home for five years and I’ve had three major water leaks. That’s why they are no longer in business…… They opened up under another name
Cob job construction. Garbage materials and even worse craftsmanship. Plumbing leaks in multiple areas, cracked sheetrock seams in every room. Even the respectable vendors change their tune when you're calling about a "traditional" home. Warranty is only good if they answer the phone. IF they respond, they show up like you are the problem or put on a band-aid to shut you up. Should have listened to the other reviews! Traditional/ traditionalhbd/ R&M.... Same clowns, different circus.
