Over priced, low quality
Amazing experience! We are very pleased with our Tradition Home and the home buying experience. Kelli, her team, and our new home deserve five stars! Would absolutely buy another Tradition Home!
Tradition Homes was everything we could have asked for in a builder. From the very start the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. This was our 3rd new build and they were by far the best to work with the entire time, start to finish. The homes are beautiful and marketing experience good, but if you expect a "Darling Homes construction experience”, be forewarned. Even after paying a higher price point, our construction experience had multiple disappointments: * Some services were never fulfilled because multiple subcontractors went out of business during the build * Some subcontractors refused to fulfill change orders in the contract * There was poor quality installation in some areas of the structure and installed accessories * Beware of the one-sided co... read more
