One star for their one-story floor plans and one for great communication/customer service PRIOR to closing. Our construction manager, Andrew, has continued to be helpful after closing. When you’re building a home, it’s imperative to make sure all of the structural, plumbing, and electric items are done while the walls are being built for obvious reasons.
