They were a great dealer to work with! I called ahead on the day I was going to come look at an Audi they had, worked with me coming from over an hour away, and even when I had to schedule my pickup a week after what I had initially agreed to. I had a wonderful experience at Tradition Chevrolet in Geneva. I've been reluctant to get a new car since I retired because I dreaded a payment with my fixed income. I told them what I felt comfortable paying and they worked with me on that. Cheryl Hurd was a joy to talk with and work with. Literally anything I asked for she took care of it. I feel as though they are willing to go the extra mile and understand the importance of being good to your customers.
