I bought my air conditioning with then through a new buying home. The equipment still On warranty and That unit being down 11th hour so far I a been calling them on the 24 hour numbers plus the office to resolve the issue and no one has been answer the phone neither answer the boys messages. I called 3 different number within 12 hrs. Should be no excuse at all if they offering a 24 hour service with the sale. Looks like they have the same issue not good warranty service. If you have owned multiple homes over the years in Florida you will have likely used the services of several A/C companies as I have. I feel very fortunate to have found Tradition Air a couple of years ago. They have been great in every way, competent,reliable, personable, and honest. If Billy Douglas comes to your home you can rest assured that you have the best.
