Had problems with my AC today. The technician let after telling us it was fixed. 20 minutes later the temperature was going up and AC not turning on. There after hour computer answering service is no good. I called 4 times and no one called back. Luckily I know enough to investigate and found that the technician never turned the brakes back on. If I didn't find the problem I would have been without AC all night. 2 hours and still no call back

Just bought my home and had a small blowout on the outside. Tradition Air came to replace my lines and get me back up and running. Mary at the office, gave me top notch, A-1, customer service. My tech’s Morgan, and his trainee Jacob were Super professional and efficient. Morgan explained everything they did, and also gave me tips and instructions on how to maintenance the system in between annual service. I was referred to Tradition Central Air by a friend and I am so thankful for his recommendation. Communication was excellent and customer service was outstanding. I called and explained my situation and intentions. The next day they arrived at my home and installed a new Carrier system. Thanks so much!
