We relocated to this development sight unseen three years ago. From the moment we arrived there were problems. A few weeks ago new ownership and management took over and it has been a 180° turn around. Kris and Stacy are a breath of fresh air. They are extremely polite and professional. With the new management everything is way better..well recommended good place to live

Place is INFESTED with birds. Bunch of residents have bird feeders which in turn attracted thousands of birds to be chirping, singing, and screaming every morning. Not just a couple chirps but THOUSANDS of birds. Unless you wear headphones or have the tv near full volume, you will hear them even with the windows closed.
