We had been looking for a car for over 2 months and everything we found had issues. We had resolved ourselves to the fact that we would not get the quality we were seeking at the price point we had. Just purchased a Jetta from these guys last week. All there cars are very clean and a lot to choose from. It was a nice and easy financing purchase. I would recommend them. Seemed to be family owned and very helpful.

The salesman (Don McGee of Trading Post in Conover, North Carolina) told us we were purchasing a 3rd party warranty and upped our price by $2000 "for the warranty" but no warranty was every purchased. When I first made my purchase in November of 2014, my wife and I walked out considering this one of the easiest and most efficient car buying experiences of our lives. I purchased a car from Trading Post in June of 2011 and was overall happy with the purchase until the car broke down while my wife was driving it. It turns out that the water pump gave out and this was something that we had negotiated up front that would be replaced, along with the timing belt. Neither member of the Rhodes family has helped with this, after numerous calls to the owner. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and will be taking legal action if this is not resolved. Well bought my first Car from them in February of 2013. Car was fine until may and everything started falling apart. The whole reason of buying the car was to build up my credit. They don t even report!! They re LIARS. The company is very shady!! Tried trading it back to them and they kept, making up different reasons why it would be tomorrow or the next day! Piece of advice don t buy from them!
Just bought a car from them for my daughters first car. I feel like they treated me very fair. And all their cars are nice and clean with a very large inventory. Also I fianced it with them as well. Very easy as well. I recommend this company. Ronnie Kenneth Greene
