Ordered and picked up from the new adelaide location. Ordering online was easy and pick up was even easier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even offering me to wait inside while my order was being picked( it was stinking hot in the afternoon on pick up day). Highly recommended and look forward to purchasing again and again
Most of my order arrived late with missing items. This directly caused a customer job to be cancelled, resulting in extra costs and business impact. Despite repeated follow-ups by phone and email, communication was poor. Returned items were collected by their driver, yet refunds remain incomplete more than three weeks later. After three weeks, they still can't manage a single order. Unreliable service and unacceptable communication for a trade supplier.
OMG - TZ Courier is the best!! I ordered yesterday morning and I already have the package. I have previously had my stuff delivered by the other couriers but now that TZ courier services my area I received a tracking link and as thge driver was arriving I walked out the front and greeted him. I realise I sound like an excited child but this really did impress me. Thanks again Trade Zone, may your business keep growing, keep up the fantastic service.
Amazing prices, unbelievable delivery times and great customer care. Next day delivery is so helpfull and I had an item that had to ordered to communication from the company during this was outstanding.
