I can't thank Brad my tradezone delivery driver enough. Everyday he gets my deliverys of solar panels and batteries into some very difficult locations. Never complains, just always willing to help. Thanks Brad. Love ya work
Joining Tradezone and placing my order was just amazing. Easy to join with an ABN - I paid for the panels on Easter Monday and the panels were at my house in great shape before Midday the next day. I could see where the driver was on the map and he took great care getting them off the truck. Top quality gear at a great price (thanks for letting me include GST too) delivered ontime. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys. I will be returning to them in the future for my solar needs.
Most of my order arrived late with missing items. This directly caused a customer job to be cancelled, resulting in extra costs and business impact. Despite repeated follow-ups by phone and email, communication was poor. Returned items were collected by their driver, yet refunds remain incomplete more than three weeks later. After three weeks, they still can't manage a single order. Unreliable service and unacceptable communication for a trade supplier.
The girls at the front really streamline the process compared to the old system, much more convenient and always have a fantastic attitude.
Ordered and picked up from the new adelaide location. Ordering online was easy and pick up was even easier. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even offering me to wait inside while my order was being picked( it was stinking hot in the afternoon on pick up day). Highly recommended and look forward to purchasing again and again
