I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at Trade Winds. Staff members like Jen and Jacque display a complete lack of professionalism and compassion. They are lazy, inattentive, and neglect their responsibilities. Residents’ needs are often ignored, and they have no urgency when it comes to providing support.
