Very disappointing stay. The hotel owner refused to provide even basic necessities like toilet tissue—only 4 rolls for 5 people over 4 days. When we asked for more, we were refused. The property itself was also poorly maintained. Would not recommend.
Absolutely disappointed with the service at this hotel. We were a group of 5 staying for 4 days, and the staff at reception were far from professional. They only provided 2 toilet paper rolls for all of us during the entire stay, and when we requested more, the receptionist was rude and only gave us 2 additional rolls, saying they could not provide any further.
