Poor customer service Had them out to my home 3 times now for ac repair.(used days off from work) Finally told me need new unit. The 3rd time a new carrier unit was purchased. Still can't use because too cool outside to charge. Going to be 80 degrees on Sunday. Asked Matt Prieur who is the boss if anyway possible to come out on Sunday to charge system, so can use and not have to take day off again. Was flat out told no, only in an emergency. I guess giving them $3800 and inconvenienced 3 prior times don't count.
Beware the salesman promises they'll promise a 20-year warranty. they will not tell you it's contingent on them doing a cleaning service annually! scam!!they use dirty pipes, marring the appearance of your home.pushy salesman.try sears instead or some reputable alternative.
