We were out of town on vacation and our furnace was red-tagged by Centerpoint. We were referred to Rick at Tradewinds. He was able to help us over the phone and fix the furnace within a couple days at a great price. They could have taken full advantage of us since we needed it fixed quickly and the outside temps were below zero.
