Current tenant in apartment 905 – 2 years here, and it’s gone downhill fast! When I first moved in, former manager Latrice was excellent. She quickly handled a roach infestation with pest control and gave me $500 rent compensation. Now under new manager Brandice, it’s been incompetent and frustrating.
