I truly have a special place in my heart for this place, as I spent five years of my life here. It is a cute tucked away apartment complex, clean and quiet in my option, and the owners are FABULOUS, and they have really upgraded everything about it. One day I will be back, I promise!
Our stay was good but at the end of the contract, was not. I'll leave this review as a warning to future residents. When you leave a deposit, make sure you clean the apartment thoroughly. When we left our aprtment, and during walkthrough they said everything was fine. Long story short, they sent us an email one month after the walkthrough telling us that we had to pay for the cleaning of the aprtment which doesn't make sense since WHY are you charging us for cleaning services that you do as a standard after move outs.
Kara was super helpful with the application process!!!! She showed us around and was polite. Loved working with her!
You guys rock!!! Latrice is sweet and professional. Even under pressure. She’ll go out of her way to make sure everyone is happy. Maintenance also professional and quick with work orders. Everyone that lives here is polite and helpful. They are really a team here!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!
