Nastiest place I’ve ever lived in.
This is owned and operated by a slum lord who as the landlord tells renters will not authorize repair or purchases. When you flush toilets, it runs out at the bottom onto floor in bathroom. Refrigerators are not cold enough to keep food. Old appliances sitting outside around a shed. Flooding happens and carpets nor painting is ever done and mold is growing. Where to begin...Tradewinds is such a debacle, I would think twice about renting an apartment from this location or Village On The Green in Avon Lake, both locations are owned by the same retired surgeon. I know the price may seem like a good deal, but for that price you are moving into an apartment that is infested with BED BUGS, ROACHES and so much more. DONT EVER RENT HERE EVER! They don't ever want to fix anything and will seriously do easy fixs instead of taking care of the problem. Just recently apt buildings C and D has flooded with sewer water and all they wanted to do was tell people to air it out, mold and mildew has formed greatly and smells so horrible in there and there easy fix is to just replace the padding in the apt leaving the old carpet still in there and you can not do this as it still contains mold and can harm your health.
The place turned into a ghetto the last few years, in my opinion, which is why I moved. Lots of apartment noise as the walls are thin. Basement apartments are flood-prone. Property poorly maintained. Did they ever install GFI outlets in the units? Mine didnt have any. I also got tired of seeing the police on the premises. Good luck living here.
you should not live there it is a dumpnothing ever gets fixed cops are there all the time people partying outside all hours
this place looks like hell no maintence is done you woulnt get your deposit back management does not know what they are dooing and they lie about when things are going to get done
