Five stars. Tradewinds has been manageing my properties for 4 and a half years now and they have always been responsive to the tenants and to my needs. They work with me to get service people out for repairs and have a web based system for the tenants to submit issues. Mindy has especially been helpful in the field, showing my properties and meeting tenants when needed. Rose is in the back office handling everything else. Per the other reviews place is a scam. Mindy is also terrible kept coming up with excuses not to show the property and even forgot about one of our apts claimed to be “sick”. Run away from them. Lost my deposit to them due to them not representing the place as it should. Had to leave my deposit sight unseen but was assured could get it back… that was also a lie

We have rented with Tradewind Properties going on 3 years now and have no complaints! Mindy and Rose are great! They are both responsive with wonderful customer service. The first home we rented the owner was absolutely preposterous and extremely difficult the whole time.
