Mindy was absolutely amazing! I was working with a very short time frame of needing to move and Mindy did everything in her power to help me get moved in as quickly as possible. She worked with me and made things go as smooth as possible. Now after being settled in I’m truly grateful for Tradewinds team and Mindy’s grace through the process.
Mindy was wonderful throughout the entire rental process! She made everything seamless and was always communicative, friendly, and helpful. We really appreciated how easy she made the whole experience and would definitely recommend working with her!
I called to find out why I had no portal anymore the lady on the phone was rude and didn’t give a good explanation so useless to call she apparently hates her job
Mindy was great in assisting me move into a new unit when I first moved to Tampa, and any issues I had with the property (which were minimum) she was responsive in assisting with. When I wanted to move over to a different area in St. Pete they had other properties available and made the transition as easy as possible.
I had the pleasure of having Mindy help me move in to my rental in Tampa, FL. She helped me with everything, every step of the way and really made moving in extremely easy. With moving in the tenant must use the tenant portal on the Tradewinds Properties website. The website was simple to navigate and the payment options were also easy to use as well. I really feel like I made a good choice by renting with Tradewind Properties!
