I have lived in these apartments for 4years The plumbing never works right. You have tons of roaches to deal with. The the they charge you for pest control. But I've never had a pest control. Come into my apartment except for one time in the past four years It's supposed to be all bills paid, but they're charging Water, Storm water ,electric, sewer and "gas".
