JUNE 1, 2025 All communication from Trade Secrets has stopped. Never received order or refund. Customer service is non-existent. UPDATE Never received my order. Emailed customer service and have not had a reply. Can’t track the order using my order number either. Would not recommend shopping online. I'm always on the hunt for ways to get gorgeous curls without the heat damage, that actually work. The Aria Very Necessary Heatless Curl Set in Champagne might be the one! This was so exciting to try because I generally lean away from these types of products due to how thick my hair is! Grateful to say that it worked like a charm! My only real suggestion would be a photo guide for the instructions or something that shows would it should look like once done / tips or tricks - I wasn’t sure if I had it in correctly but it worked regardless so colour me impressed!! Love love love tools like these and am going to use this often - Product gifted by Trade Secrets.
