I got this hand cream and hand wash from Moroccanoil, and I love them! The scent is a perfect blend of gardenia and coconut—warm, uplifting, and comforting. The hand wash leaves my skin feeling clean and moisturized, while the hand cream is rich yet absorbs quickly. Plus, the formula is so gentle!

Bought a Redken oil product and it is rancid. It smells horrible. I reached out via Instagram and was told they would send a new product and a return label for the old one. I asked for a new order number and a tracking code and haven't heard hide nor hair from then ever again, even after multiply times trying to contact them. You can't just print a return label either, you have to contact them. Also haven't heard back via email. I've wasted 40$ on an unusable product.
