Today I ordered a mimosa from Traders Seafood Steak and Ale and it tasted gross (my friend even tasted it). So I sent it back and asked the waitress to take it off my check. She said okay. So when the bill came out she apologized and said she couldn’t take it off the check because me not liking it wasn’t a good enough reason to void the charge (also that there was no way it could taste bad). The staff are what really make this place stand out. Food was very good.
It’s pretty disappointing when you frequent a restaurant at least twice a week for over a year to have multiple carry out orders messed up over the course of a month, and then to be told when you call to order a sandwich and have the simple request to add bacon and the bartender tells you, “uhhhhh let me check with the kitchen, they’re pretty picky when it comes to special request like that on weekends, I dunno if they can do that.” This place has fallen off over the past two months/ I’m not sure if it’s a management change ... read more
