After my daughter being in a different daycare the same amount of time she was in KinderCare, I can honestly say I will never ever allow my child to go to another KinderCare again. She constantly had random small bruises on her that were unexplained with no incident reports, I had to beg people to change her diaper more often because she had insane diaper rashes, and she just looked miserable in all the pictures I was sent. We moved from AZ and we were so lucky to find Charmel and her team as most places were full. This was still very much out of the way for us but we stayed for about 10 months and running a daycare is def not an easy feat especially often at times with limited resources. Charmel has done a phenomenal job running the daycare and throughout all the hiccups I would Often see her and Ms. TyNesha fill in any gaps in the classes, the kitchen and still run the admin side of things. We’ve been at the Trader’s Point KinderCare for 1.5 years and have been so happy with our experience. Charmel, the center director, is fantastic and the staff is so dedicated and caring. My daughter is doing so well and has benefitted so much from their care. They support each child based on their individual needs and do a great job keeping us updated on day to day activities, as well as overall progress.
