Recommendedthis was my first time at Trader Joe's. It was absolutely amazing the staff was so incredibly polite and friendly. also very organized especially with everything going on, I highly recommend this place. it definitely made my day
Management needs customer service training. They were rude when I didn’t realize there was a line to get into the store... Then we I registered a complaint about it at the desk, a very large black man rudely asked me how I’d like to be told about the line... Neither one of these guys should be dealing with the public!
