I love Trader Joes!!!!!!! The frozen birds nest may be my fav item!!!!! I'm a vegetarian and love the the section in general!!!!! Lots of deli style items with way cheaper prices than the deli!!!!! How bout those candies over frozen???? Yummy!!!!

Was in the Ft Worth location this past Wednesday, my first time in Trader Joe's. Great prices, variety of items and layout, but what stunned me more than anything else was the AMAZING friendly customer service oriented staff. Absolutely everyone made the visit a positive experience, going above and beyond to answer questions, offer help, and with beaming smiles. I will for sure be frequenting the store from now on! Well done!

Above & beyond customer service! Today a bag of groceries-with eggs-fell from the cargo area into the concrete. Philippe aka "the French Guy" quickly took the bag with the smashed eggs inside, washed the bag, and returned it to me with a fresh dozen eggs!
